Mieliśmy niesamowite doświadczenie, które było niemalże perfekcyjne pod każdym względem! Pogoda była fantastyczna, co sprawiło, że nasza przygoda na morzu była jeszcze przyjemniejsza. Obsługa była niezwykle pomocna, zwłaszcza jeśli chodzi o sprawy związane z ubezpieczeniem łodzi, co naprawdę dawało nam poczucie bezpieczeństwa. Jakość jachtu była na najwyższym poziomie, wszystko lśniło nowością. Cały proces odbioru był bezproblemowy i szybki, dzięki czemu mogliśmy w pełni skupić się na naszym rejsie. Katamaran był przestronny i niezwykle komfortowy. Spędziliśmy na nim dwa tygodnie, które były dla nas wspaniałym czasem pełnym niezapomnianych chwil. Już planujemy, by powtórzyć tę przygodę w przyszłym roku na tym samym katamaranie. Kabiny były obszerne i wygodne, z dużymi i funkcjonalnymi łazienkami. Łóżka zapewniały wygodny sen, a świeża pościel i ręczniki dodawały uczucia luksusu. Przestrzeń na zewnątrz była wystarczająca do relaksu na świeżym powietrzu. Mieliśmy do dyspozycji ekspres do kawy, toster, czajnik elektryczny oraz wystarczająco dobrze wyposażoną kuchenkę i piekarnik gazowy. Całe doświadczenie było fantastyczne, choć brakowało poręcznej szczotki do zamiatania lub małego odkurzacza. Gorąco polecam.

The overall experience was quite satisfying, with most aspects meeting my expectations. However, there were a couple of areas that could have been improved for a more seamless journey. Initially, the bathrooms on board had a noticeable odor, and I would recommend giving them a thorough cleaning, including the walls, doors, and floors, as well as both the inside and outside of the toilets. It's crucial to address this before allowing guests on board for a more pleasant stay. Once that was sorted, the yacht itself was of commendable quality, and the pick-up process went smoothly. I thoroughly enjoyed sailing as much as possible instead of relying on the motor, which truly added to the authentic sailing experience. Overall, everything from the marina facilities to the value for money was commendable.

La société de location est fiable et accessible, bien que j'aie eu des difficultés à obtenir des réponses de viravira.co à mes questions. J'ai dû les contacter plusieurs fois par téléphone, où l'on m'a finalement expliqué que la personne responsable de mon dossier était en vacances et m'enverrait les informations prochainement. Globalement, le service client ne s'est pas montré très sérieux après la signature du contrat de réservation. Toutefois, la qualité du yacht, l'expérience de prise en charge, la performance de l'entreprise de charter, la marina et le rapport qualité-prix étaient excellents, offrant une expérience globale mémorable.
