Helen's warm and welcoming smile makes sure you feel taken care of from start to finish. The yacht was of the highest quality, making our journey exceptionally smooth and enjoyable. The pick-up experience was perfectly managed, adding to our seamless adventure. Although the marina wasn't the highlight, with some room for improvement, it didn't overshadow the overall trip. Despite the quality yacht and smooth pick-up experience, my visit was somewhat marred by the less-than-ideal conditions at Helen Marina. The facility seemed poorly maintained and not up to the cleanliness standards one would hope for in such a setting. On a more positive note, the charter company itself was fantastic; their professionalism was top-notch, ensuring a pleasant sailing experience overall. In terms of value for money, I felt that the package was reasonably priced given the high standard of the yacht. Overall, the experience was enjoyable, although improvements in the marina's upkeep would make it even better.
