Die Marina ist hauptsächlich für kleinere Yachten ausgelegt, weshalb das Manövrieren mit großen Yachten eine Herausforderung darstellen kann und keine Serviceboote zur Verfügung stehen. Es gibt nur begrenzte Einkaufsmöglichkeiten innerhalb der Marina, jedoch gibt es hilfreiche Agenten, die am Eingang bereitstehen, um einen zu den Geschäften außerhalb zu leiten. Duschen konnte ich in der Marina nicht entdecken. Die Übergabe der Yacht war äußerst gründlich und detailliert, wobei der Vercharterer mit seiner Unterstützung wirklich überzeugte. Insgesamt war das Erlebnis sehr positiv, was mich dazu verleitet, hier wiederzukommen. Auf dem Gelände wünsche ich mir Toilettenanlagen mit Duschmöglichkeiten und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Außerdem wäre eine Assistenz durch Boote beim Einparken eine willkommene Unterstützung.

The yacht we chartered, though somewhat aged, was quite charming and excellently maintained. Its layout was smartly designed, offering a functional space for our trip. We booked through a small charter company where the owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, enhancing our overall experience. While the yacht had some minor technical issues, as most boats do, our vacation was unexpectedly marred by a child's injury just before boarding. This incident led to half our crew being unable to board, which, coupled with my limited sailing experience (I'm fully certified but only in my second year), led us to be strongly urged by the owner to hire a professional skipper. This suggestion worried my wife, and we ended up hiring a skipper for most of the trip, which felt somewhat restrictive and unnecessary in hindsight. Additionally, changing the crew list added costs, ultimately increasing our vacation expenses by about 50%. Despite this, it was nobody's fault—just a stroke of bad luck and a personal lesson for me to be more assured in making decisions.

Our holiday aboard the yacht was absolutely fantastic, and we're already looking forward to returning! Although we encountered some frustration due to confusion about the outboard engine, which should have been booked in advance, everything else was delightful. The yacht was in excellent condition, and the marina made for a pleasant start and end to our journey. We found great value in this experience and appreciated the smooth pick-up process. Overall, it was a remarkable trip that made for wonderful memories.
