Der Service war wirklich außergewöhnlich gut. Als der Motor der Ankerwinde ausfiel, waren die Servicetechniker des Charterunternehmens schnell vor Ort und tauschten ihn direkt am ersten Ankerplatz aus. Die Jungs kamen binnen einer Stunde mit einem RIB vorbei, was wirklich beeindruckend war. Abgesehen davon war die Yacht in einem ausgezeichneten technischen Zustand.

Posádka byla neuvěřitelně flexibilní a mimořádně příjemná, starali se o nás s maximální péčí. Přesto se snažili zůstat v pozadí, aby nám umožnili plně si užít plavbu. Jachtu byla v perfektním stavu a naše celková zkušenost byla naprosto bezchybná. Každý aspekt, od vyzvednutí až po samotnou plavbu, byl opravdu na vysoké úrovni a poskytl nám nesmírně hodnotný zážitek.
