The yacht charter experience was quite enjoyable, thanks to the friendly and supportive staff who helped make our trip memorable. There was a brief moment of excitement when the engine unexpectedly stopped while cruising at 2000 rpm, but thankfully, it restarted right away. It seemed like it could have been due to some debris in the diesel filter. We also encountered a bit of a challenge with the anchor and chain. Just as we were about to leave an anchorage with about 45 meters of chain out, the cap of the roller that collects the chain came loose. This caused the roller to spin freely, and the chain started rapidly descending into the water. Fortunately, we managed to secure it just in the nick of time, avoiding any loss. It was also tied to a rope, but we weren't entirely confident it would hold. Using the winch handle, we were able to tighten the roller's cap securely. Overall, the yacht was of high quality, and the experience, from pick-up to value for money, was very satisfactory.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vercharterer war effizient, was besonders wichtig bei der Verwaltung eines Bootes ist. Leider gab es Herausforderungen mit dem Energiemanagement des Bootes, da 4 Elektrotoiletten, zusammen mit einem Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, nicht gut mit der 400Ah Batteriekapazität harmonierten. Die Qualität der Yacht entsprach nicht ganz meinen Erwartungen, und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ließ Raum für Verbesserungen. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich jedoch das reibungslose Abholerlebnis und die hervorragende Betreuung durch das Charterunternehmen. Die Marina bot ebenfalls eine solide Basis für unseren Törn, auch wenn es an ein paar Punkten Verbesserungspotenzial gab. Insgesamt war die Erfahrung mittelmäßig, wobei einige Aspekte verbessert werden könnten, um die Gesamterfahrung zu steigern.
