My experience was absolutely flawless. The staff impressed me with their kindness and remarkable organizational skills. The yacht, a beautifully equipped Lagun 46, had everything I could have asked for to enhance my journey. From start to finish, every aspect of the trip was perfectly arranged, creating a memorable and seamless adventure. Each detail, from the quality of the yacht to the smooth pick-up experience, reflected the excellent service provided, making it worth every penny.

Die allgemeinen Sanitäreinrichtungen in der Marina könnten besser sein, aber abgesehen davon war die Erfahrung insgesamt recht positiv. Die Yacht war von guter Qualität, und das Einsteigen verlief reibungslos und effizient. Die Chartergesellschaft hat einen soliden Job gemacht, sodass das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis insgesamt zufriedenstellend war. Trotz kleinerer Unannehmlichkeiten in der Marina empfand ich das Erlebnis insgesamt als angenehm und erfüllend.

Sprawność działania ekipy zasługuje na ogromne uznanie. Wszystko przebiegło gładko i bezproblemowo, od momentu rezerwacji po odbiór jachtu. Jakość jachtu była naprawdę dobra, oferując wygodne i bezpieczne warunki do podróży. Marina była dobrze zorganizowana, co dodało komfortu całemu doświadczeniu. Największą zagwozdką była jedynie kwestia zwrotu kaucji

Celkově jsem měl uspokojivý zážitek s mojí jachtařskou dovolenou, i když některé aspekty by snesly zlepšení. Posádka byla opravdu profesionální a jejich přístup byl příjemný, což mi zpříjemnilo celý pobyt na palubě. Loď, kterou jsme měli možnost využít, byla výrazně používaná, zejména s ohledem na její rok výroby 2020. I když byla v dobrém technickém stavu, očekával bych větší udržovanost. Marina v Torlous Mykonos postrádala některá základní zařízení, jako jsou toalety a sprchy, což by pro hosty jistě bylo přidanou hodnotou. Přesto jsme si užili příjemnou dovolenou a cítím, že jsme za naše peníze dostali přiměřenou hodnotu.

Die Übergabe der Yacht verlief äußerst reibungslos und schnell. Besonders hilfreich war das umfassende, sechsseitige Dokument, das auf vier Sprachen alle Teile der Yacht beschreibt und Raum bietet, um eigene Anmerkungen zu machen, etwa über fehlende oder beschädigte Teile bei der Übernahme. Die anwesende Crew sprach ein ausgezeichnetes Englisch und war sehr hilfsbereit. Alle notwendigen Unterlagen zur Yacht waren vollständig vorhanden. Ein kleiner schattiger Bereich im Hafen, in dem man seine Sachen ablegen und sitzen könnte, wäre willkommen, um die Zeit des Wartens angenehmer zu gestalten. Alternativ besteht die Möglichkeit, in der Hafenbar zu verweilen.

Das Boot war hervorragend ausgestattet, mit allem, was man benötigt, und sogar darüber hinaus. Die Instrumente waren erstklassig und die Segel in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand. Alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert, was unseren Trip wirklich angenehm machte. Ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen! Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur per SMS hat hervorragend geklappt. Danke an Sassa für die tolle Unterstützung! Alles war perfekt, ich habe keinerlei Verbesserungsvorschläge. Ein bisschen mehr Wind zum Segeln wäre das Tüpfelchen auf dem i gewesen. ;-)

Our yacht adventure was generally enjoyable, yet it started with a few hiccups. The initial preparation by the charter company left something to be desired, as we found ourselves requesting essentials like bedsheets and towels, which ought to have been readily available. Additionally, the absence of Wi-Fi onboard was disappointing, especially since it was promised in our contract. Upon our arrival, the cleanliness of the yacht did not meet the expected standards, which was unfortunate. However, despite these setbacks, the overall quality of the yacht was satisfying, and we ultimately had a good time. The experience was quite decent for the value we received, though a little more attention to detail by the charter company would have been appreciated.
