Der Kundenservice von Yachting2000 war hervorragend; er war schnell, freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Die Übergabe und Rückgabe des Bootes verliefen reibungslos. Die Marina Mandalina beeindruckt mit ihrer wunderschönen Lage und den ausgezeichneten sanitären Einrichtungen. Für größere Einkäufe und Besuche im Stadtzentrum von Sibenik ist ein Taxi erforderlich, was etwa 10 Euro kostet. Der Transfer vom Flughafen Split dauert ungefähr eine Stunde und kostet rund 120 Euro. Die Yacht selbst war schön und gut ausgestattet, mit angenehmen Segeleigenschaften und genügend Stauraum sowie drei Kühlschränken. Auch für größere Personen war die Stehhöhe in Ordnung. Allerdings gab es einige technische Probleme: ein Wackelkontakt bei der Stromversorgung, einige nicht funktionierende Steckdosen und ein nicht betriebsbereiter Grill. Ein Flachbildschirm war ebenfalls nicht vorhanden. Die zwei kleinen Kochfelder sind etwas knapp bemessen und es traten häufig Trimmfehler beim backbordseitigen Motor auf. Außerdem schloss die Kajütentür auf der Backbordseite nicht richtig. Trotz einiger Mängel bot die Yacht insgesamt eine solide Erfahrung und einen guten Wert für das Geld.

Das Boot befand sich in einem guten technischen Zustand und die Übergabe verlief schnell und problemlos. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Allerdings könnte beim Checkout eine gründlichere Überprüfung des Boots stattfinden. In unserem Fall war die Toilette beziehungsweise der Abwassertank verstopft, wodurch wir gezwungen waren, nach einer Nacht in der Bucht mit einem sehr unangenehmen Geruch in die Marina zurückzukehren, um dieses Problem zu lösen. Glücklicherweise erwartete uns dort bereits die Crew, die das Problem innerhalb von 10 Minuten behoben hatte. Einen Dank auch an die Vorcrew, die es leider verpasst hatte, dieses Problem zu melden, wodurch uns einige Unannehmlichkeiten entstanden.

Trotz dieser Punkte war die Qualität der Yacht hervorragend und das gesamte Erlebnis war einfach fantastisch.

It is impressively equipped and exhibits exceptional performance both under sail and on engine power, with a particularly robust anchor system to secure it. The well-designed bimini and the essential bathing platform were standout features. The yacht was spotless and ready well ahead of the expected pickup time, and the handover process, including the technical walkthrough, was straightforward and efficient without any unnecessary upsells or bureaucracy. The ample supply of water and fuel meant visits to marinas were unnecessary, and an extra supply of gasoline for the dinghy was available. Although we encountered issues with the domestic batteries after two days, technicians swiftly resolved this, enhancing our living comfort for the remainder of our trip. However, there were a few downsides: the holding tank for black water was not emptied before our pickup, leading to some odor issues; only one dish towel was provided; and the dinghy took on some water, which was more of a minor inconvenience. Additionally, there were several minor hardware faults such as broken hatches and loose door handles. From a design perspective, the cockpit's comfort was lacking, and the table was not practical for dining. Despite these minor setbacks, the overall experience was satisfying, and the service provided was excellent.

Naš celoten jadralski izlet je bil res izjemen. Jadrnica je bila v solidnem stanju, čeprav je potrebovala nekaj manjših poprav, kar pa ni zmanjšalo našega užitka na vodi. Postopka prevzema in predaje sta potekala zelo gladko, saj je bila vsa potrebna dokumentacija že vnaprej urejena. Tako smo prihranili precej časa ob našem prihodu. Obvestili smo marino o manjših popravilih, ki so bila potrebna na jadrnici. Storitev, ki nam jo je nudila čarterska družba, je bila resnično korektna in brezhibna. Na koncu smo bili z izkušnjo izjemno zadovoljni, saj je bila celotna pustolovščina vredna svojega denarja.
