Die gesamte Erfahrung mit der Yachtcharter war äußerst positiv. Die Begrüßung und der Abschluss waren besonders angenehm, was den Charme des ganzen Erlebnisses noch verstärkte. Die Yacht präsentierte sich in einem sehr guten Zustand und erfüllte meine Erwartungen größtenteils. Obwohl die Marina nicht die schönste war, wurde dies durch den hervorragenden Service und die makellose Abwicklung mehr als ausgeglichen. Insgesamt ein Erlebnis, das man nicht missen möchte.

Die Übergabe des Bootes verlief reibungslos und schnell, was einen sehr positiven Start in unseren Segeltörn darstellte. Obwohl die Ankerwinde nicht im besten Zustand war, beeinträchtigte dies unsere gesamte Erfahrung nicht allzu sehr. Die Yacht selbst war von guter Qualität und bot ein angenehmes und komfortables Erlebnis, was unsere Erwartungen rundum erfüllte. Die Abwicklung mit dem Charterunternehmen verlief absolut problemlos, und der Service war wirklich erstklassig. Die Marina könnte allerdings eine kleine Verbesserung vertragen, aber insgesamt fanden wir das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut und unser Gesamteindruck war positiv.

Our yacht, although a 15-year-old Oceanis 343 clipper, named “Panorama,” was well-maintained and in excellent condition considering its age. Some previous reviews might have been overly critical, not taking into account the rigorous use that comes with charter boats. The company has done a commendable job in maintaining it. However, the handover by Vasilis seemed rushed, lacking some essential details. The expectation was that you already possessed experience and wouldn’t require extensive details. If you're unfamiliar with this type of yacht, it’s wise to ask for a detailed walkthrough. Think ahead about what you might need to know a few days into your bareboat journey, such as how to switch water tanks or change the gas bottle. The individual conducting the handover assumed too much prior knowledge and didn't provide sufficient information. Additionally, the solar panel was too weak to effectively support the fridge, meaning it stayed cold only for a few hours after the engine was turned on. Though the chart plotter was outdated, it was still functional. We didn't mind as we were using navionics on iOS. The 12V outlet by the helm was broken, and apparently, it's a common issue as they're prone to breaking, so I’d suggest bringing a power bank. All in all, the yacht quality, pick-up experience, charter company, marina, and overall value for money were outstanding, garnering top marks across the board.

Die Erfahrung im Segelrevier war einfach fantastisch, mit einer unglaublichen Vielfalt an Buchten, die es zu entdecken galt. Jeder Stopp war ein neues Abenteuer und hat uns beeindruckt. Lediglich der Early Check-in hätte etwas schneller vonstattengehen können, aber das hat dem insgesamt großartigen Erlebnis nur wenig Abbruch getan. Die Yacht war von hoher Qualität und hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Der gesamte Ablauf vom Check-in bis zum Ende war gut organisiert und reibungslos. Der Besuch in der Marina war auch eine angenehme Erfahrung, die den Wert des gesamten Charters noch gesteigert hat. Insgesamt war das Erlebnis unvergesslich und wir haben jede Sekunde genossen.

Der Empfang verlief sehr gut und freundlich, und das Beste daran war, dass alles auf Deutsch erklärt wurde, was die Kommunikation ungemein erleichterte. Auch der abschließende Check nach unserer Ankunft war absolut reibungslos und wurde sofort durchgeführt, was einen positiven Eindruck hinterließ. Allerdings hinterließen die schwarzen Fender, die etwas klebrig waren, einige Spuren am Rumpf unserer Yacht. Leider war unsere Yacht die "schmutzigste" im gesamten Segelgebiet, was sicherlich verbessert werden könnte. Alles in allem war es dennoch eine solide Erfahrung, die durchaus angenehme Momente bot, selbst wenn es noch Spielraum für Verbesserungen gibt.
