Our yacht adventure was quite enjoyable, largely thanks to the reliable and well-maintained boat that served us well on our journey. Though we encountered a few minor hiccups during our trip, the charter team promptly addressed these issues, ensuring our trip continued smoothly. Throughout our voyage, communication was consistently strong, allowing us to easily acquire anything we needed along the way. One area that could use improvement is the check-in process. A more thorough introduction to the yacht's features and amenities would have made a world of difference, as we often found ourselves exploring and discovering things on our own. Despite this, the experience was rewarding, offering excellent value for money, and making our time on the water truly memorable.

The yacht we booked was in great shape and the overall experience was truly enjoyable. We had a very pleasant interaction with the charter manager, who was not only welcoming but also made our check-in process seamless by allowing us to start two hours earlier than scheduled. The handover was smooth and we received a thorough walkthrough of the yacht, which helped us feel confident as we set sail. The manager’s availability via WhatsApp throughout our trip provided additional peace of mind, knowing that assistance was just a message away if needed. Although there was a slight issue with the heads being a bit smelly, likely due to it being the end of the season, it didn’t overshadow the overall excellent experience we had. Overall, we found the entire process to be extremely satisfying and worthwhile.

My experience sailing in the Ionian was quite satisfying, even though there were a few minor issues with the yacht that could use some attention. The yacht was generally well-maintained, but there were small details like missing clips on the cushions and an oar missing a screw. The clutch on the traveler was rather stiff, and the swivel on the anchor didn't function as expected. Additionally, the holster on the windlass didn't secure the anchor properly, and some of the tracks were sticky and could definitely benefit from servicing. The freezer wasn't quite freezing, and there was a notable lack of cup holders as well as mirrors in the bedrooms. Despite these minor hitches, the overall quality of the yacht scored an 8. The pick-up experience was flawless, as well as the service from the charter company and the marina, both deserving a perfect 10. In terms of value for money, I would rate it a solid 9. The overall experience was truly memorable and deserves a perfect 10.

The boat was in excellent condition and they were very helpful with everything. The captain was great and he helped us navigate and find the best anchorages, but we could not sail at night which limited our range.

Celkový zážitek z této plavby byl trochu zklamáním. Přestože byla kvalita jachty dobrá, zasloužila by si lepší úroveň, abych byl zcela spokojen. Musím však ocenit fantastický zážitek z vyzvednutí; vše proběhlo hladce a bez zbytečných komplikací. Zástupci charterové společnosti byli mimořádně vstřícní a ochotní, což zanechalo pozitivní dojem. Marina byla také na špičkové úrovni, nabízející veškeré potřebné vybavení. Avšak vzhledem k poměru cena/výkon bych očekával více, což negativně ovlivnilo můj celkový dojem.

Nasza przygoda na łódce była ogólnie udana. Łódź była wygodna i czysta, co sprawiło, że czas, jaki na niej spędziliśmy, był bardzo przyjemny. Niestety napotkaliśmy trochę problemów z silnikiem zaburtowym, który działał bardzo niepewnie i czasami przerywał swoją pracę. Mimo tego, nasze ogólne doświadczenie było udane, a reszta obsługi była na wysokim poziomie, co pozwoliło nam cieszyć się rejsem i w pełni wykorzystać ten czas.
