I was thoroughly impressed with the yacht's equipment, as it had everything we could possibly need. The spaciousness of the yacht was remarkable, and its excellent condition added to our enjoyment. One of the highlights for us was the water maker, which gave us the wonderful freedom of not relying on the shore. Overall, our experience was outstanding and exceeded our expectations in every aspect.

Our yacht adventure was truly remarkable, despite a minor hiccup with the tender boat, which unfortunately had a hole. Nonetheless, the overall quality of the yacht and the exceptional experience we had right from the pick-up were phenomenal. The charter company's dedication to ensuring a smooth journey was evident, and the marina offered fantastic facilities. In terms of value, every moment spent on this luxury cruise felt worth it. Jacht był przygotowany znakomicie na nasz przyjazd. Mimo że zjawiliśmy się w marinie trochę wcześniej, wszystko było starannie gotowe. Osoby odpowiedzialne za nasz kontakt i prezentację jachtu, choć nie mogę wspomnieć ich imion, wykazały się ogromną uprzejmością i kompetencjami, zawsze byli skłonni do pomocy. Marina, biorąc pod uwagę standardy włoskie, okazała się wyjątkowo przyjemnym miejscem – przestronna i zadbana, a obsługa marinero była niezwykle pomocna, co znacznie ułatwiło proces cumowania. Bez wątpienia, to miejsce można polecić innym. Z pewnym zaskoczeniem przyjęliśmy drobne problemy z czystością w toaletach — pouszkadzane deski oraz niedrożne odpływy pod prysznicem, a także brak światła w pralni mogliśmy zauważyć. Przydałby się automat lub możliwość zakupu na miejscu środków piorących. Co do samego jachtu, jedyne co mnie zastanowiło, to brak wgranego MMSI w radiu. Jednak mimo tych drobnych niedogodności, nasza ogólna ocena to najwyższa nota.

A experiência no barco Lagoon foi de alta qualidade. Fiquei impressionado com a limpeza impecável da embarcação, o que realmente contribuiu para tornar a nossa viagem ainda mais agradável. No entanto, senti que o processo de check-in poderia ser melhor organizado para evitar longas esperas, que foram um pouco frustrantes e desnecessárias. Apesar disso, a assistência ao entrar na marina foi excelente e facilitou muito nosso início de viagem. Em geral, senti que a experiência ofereceu um grande valor e proporcionou memórias inesquecíveis.

Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen beeindruckend zügig und reibungslos, was den Start und das Ende unseres Törns sehr angenehm machte. Die Qualität der Yacht war herausragend, alles befand sich in hervorragendem Zustand. Der Service und die Unterstützung, die wir vom Charter erhielten, waren erstklassig, was unser Erlebnis noch besser machte. Auch die Marina war hervorragend organisiert und leicht zugänglich.
