Team were communicative and the whole process was great. We organised custom pick-up and drop-off locations which was amazing. Enjoyed an incredible birthday sunset cruise with ice cold beers and music. Will certainly be back! Thank you!

The tour was great and the ship and staff were okay. Special requests were met, like picking up at a specific location and docking at a hotel. However, two points turned the experience into a negative: 1.) The length of the tour was shortened by 1 hour because the agreed upon end point of the tour was not met. 2.) A surcharge of more than 20% was charged for paying for the tour by credit card. Too bad, Kaptan Ömer is not recommended.
